DESCRIPTION:Love butterflies or want to learn more about them? Join us for a butterfly walk! We’ll talk about host plants\, how to identify butterflies\, look for caterpillars\, and take a walk through the garden and prairie to do a butterfly count. \nThis program is for adults 18 and up\, no prior knowledge needed. Please dress for the weather\, wear closed toed shoes\, and bring water. Hat and sunscreen are recommended. We will meet at the entrance kiosk.\n\n“Science Within Reach” programs are specifically designed for adults who are interested in learning more about nature or contributing to different research projects\, or who want to meet other like-minded\, nature-loving adults in our community! \n\n
