DESCRIPTION:Want to know more about butterflies? Come join us for this adult program! We’ll talk about some of the common butterflies we see here at Prairie Ridge\, some of the host plants for the caterpillars\, and how to attract them to your yard. Then we’ll look in the flower gardens and on the prairie\, and see how many butterflies and caterpillars we can find\, and try to identify the species. \nThis program is for ages 18 and up. Please dress for the weather\, and wear closed-toed shoes; sunscreen and hat are recommended. No prior knowledge needed\, just come willing to learn with other adults. No preregistration necessary. We will meet at the entrance kiosk.
