DESCRIPTION:Butterflies are beautiful animals\, but they also important in a wide variety of ways! In this program\, we’ll explore the basics of butterfly identification\, participate in a citizen science project\, and discover some of the weird and amazing things butterflies do on our planet! \nThis in-person program for adults requires pre-registration. \nRegister here\nCome dressed for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes.  This program will be conducted entirely outdoors.  Meet your leader at the Outdoor Classroom\, a short 3-5 minute walk down the gravel road from the parking lot.  Bring a filled water bottle and be prepared to spend part of our time together in the sun.
