DESCRIPTION:This free adult program requires registration. Register here.  \nWant to try birdwatching but aren’t sure how to get started? Feel intimidated trying to identify birds? Join us for a laid-back adult program where you’ll learn the basics of identifying common birds!  We’ll also discuss how to collect and submit data for the Great Backyard Bird Count\, an annual international winter bird census that is conducted largely by non-scientists. \nThis program is for adults 18 and up. Please dress for the weather as we will be outdoors the entire time. Binoculars will be provided. We will meet in the outdoor classroom\, which is a 2 to 3 minute walk down the gravel path.
