SUMMARY:Art of Science: Feeder Bird and Latch Hook
DESCRIPTION:The Art of Science series is for adults ages 18+ who like to blend science and art. Each program will include hands-on experience with a citizen science project paired with an associated art project. Participants will take home their project\, supplies\, and tools so they can make additional projects on their own. \nIn this program\, we will explore feeder birds and ways to share your observations with scientists as well as make a 20 by 15 inch latch hook rug featuring a pair of cardinals sitting on a winter branch. Instructions for collecting and submitting bird data and making your rug will be provided during the program — no experience required! Your program fee covers the supplies needed to make one rug. \nRegister here
