With a sheet of paper and a few folds and cuts, kaleidoscope magic is yours! And then, the symmetry of spiderwebs, starfish, and crystals reveals itself wherever you look. Fold your sheet another way, and it turns into a beautiful tiling you might notice in dragonfly eyes and butterfly wings. Paper, colored markers or pencils, and scissors are all you need to help children grow their math eyes and notice patterns everywhere. This is a calm and friendly series of short activities for the whole family. Come and make joyful math memories together. New models will be started every 10 minutes, so come and go anytime during the hour-long program!
