Spying on Rare Upland Snakes in the North Carolina Sandhills

Jeff Beane will summarize his long-term efforts to gather basic natural history information on the Southern Hognose Snake, Northern Pine Snake, and Eastern Coachwhip in the Sandhills region of North Carolina, via radio telemetry and other means.

Science Saturday programs, held in Windows on the World Theater on the first Saturday of every month, highlight the vast world of scientific research and allow attendees to interact with experts in a variety of scientific fields. All are welcome to attend.
