We will meet female scientists from a range of scientific disciplines, go behind the scenes at the Museum, get our feet wet in the lake and our hands dirty in the forest, and unlock the secrets of the trees. The program includes an overnight camping trip and an Open House to share with parents and families. Through fun and exciting programs, girls will connect with each other and with female mentors, and will be empowered to ask questions and discover the world around them.

Located on Falls Lake in Wake County, Blue Jay Point County Park features butterfly gardens, ponds, hiking trails, wildlife habitats and a modern residential facility with a full kitchen and indoor bunk room and classroom.
