Spend a relaxing evening with other crafty people at the museum in this informal cross stitching class. Stitch up your own personalized, framed embroidered Earth ornament using salvaged materials. Even if you've never embroidered anything before, or you've entirely forgotten, you're welcome to come and learn to cross stitch and try water coloring on canvas. No experience necessary and all materials are supplied. Hear a bit about the history of embroidery and how it relates to map making.

Program Instructor: Jessica Mjelde
