Ever wanted to get involved in a real scientific research project?  It’s easy as a citizen scientist!  In this hands-on citizen science program, we’ll teach you how to participate in two tree citizen science projects, projects that you can help with from home, at school, on your daily walk — nearly anywhere!  In just an hour, you’ll learn about the projects, collect data, learn some basic identification skills, and submit findings online, everything you’ll need to get started.  Please note that a portion of this program will take place outdoors, so come prepared!  Contact Chris Goforth at chris.goforth@naturalsciences.org or 919.707.8882 for more information or to register.
