This week-long focus on life in and around the water, from tadpoles to snapping turtles, will be based at Yates Mill Pond. Learn aquatic science in the field through experiments, activities and observations.

Yates Mill Pond is located south of downtown Raleigh near the intersection of Lake Wheeler Road and Penny Road. All children must be dropped off and picked up at Yates Mill Pond. Transportation is not available to or from the Museum and Yates Mill Pond.
