Invoices will be emailed within five days of your program confirmation with the Scheduling Coordinator.

Program Materials

Program materials will be emailed upon confirmation.

Cancellation

A minimum two-week notice is required for refund.

Cancellation due to weather

If the Museum or the group needs to cancel due to weather, the program will be rescheduled at the teacher’s request and as the Museums’ calendar permits.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance is available to some groups. For information, please contact Liz Baird [2], director of school programs.

Special Populations

Most programs can be tailored to meet the needs of special populations. Please indicate the special needs of your group when scheduling a program.
