Invoices will be emailed within five days of your program confirmation with the Scheduling Coordinator.
Program materials will be emailed upon confirmation.
A minimum two-week notice in writing is required for refund.
Cancellation due to weather
If the Museum or the group needs to cancel due to weather, the program will be rescheduled at the teacher’s request and as the Museums’ calendar permits.
