Snakes are among the most misunderstood animals you will encounter. The more you learn about snakes the more you will appreciate them and their role in nature. With photographs and real specimens, you will learn the characteristics of snakes that are used for identification and how to identify them using field guides and other resources.
You will learn how to distinguish between our venomous species and our harmless ones. By learning more about snakes, you will be more confident and comfortable with encountering them in your yard and other areas.
