Illustration is a powerful tool that can help us see the world around us, and through it we can learn how to make observations and communicate discoveries — both important to the world of science. In this class, we'll learn how to use illustration and art to explore a wide range of natural life, from creatures that live in your backyard to animals that live in the canopies of the rainforest. No experience is required as we'll be going over basic illustration techniques and observational skills. Supplies will be provided. Parents you are invited to attend the Science Cafe while your child learns to draw!
