Learn what happens during fermentation and how different processes will affect the flavor of wine. Discover the many kinds of wine that are produced here in North Carolina. 

Presented by Matthew Lee from Old North State Winery in historic downtown Mount Airy. Since 2002,  Old North State Winery has been making great quality, well-crafted wines from the Yadkin Valley.
