B.S. (Environmental Science) Jacksonville University, 2003

Upon graduating with a degree in Environmental Science, Faerber has braved the untamed wetlands of Florida delineating habitats and conducting environmental assessments, maintained and created detailed maps of North Carolina's water bodies and buffer zones, and  teased electrons into doing his bidding via mass spectrometry.  As the coordinator of the new Visual World Investigate Lab he now uses computers to bring his passions (science, the environment, and technology) together to teach the public about our world and beyond in new and innovative ways.
