EDUCATORS’ EVENING FOR “DINOSAURS: ANCIENT FOSSILS, NEW DISCOVERIES”

5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Teachers, enjoy a catered dinner, a guest speaker, and a special tour of DINOSAURS: Ancient Fossils, New Discoveries for educators only (No spouses, children or friends please). Environmental Educator Credits will be available.
Cost for this event is $25.
Please note that this event is limited to the first 30 registrants.
If you are considering bringing your students to this exhibit, join us for an evening to:
- Hear one of the Museum’s own paleontologists speak on the latest dinosaurian research
- Gather for a catered dinner.
- Visit the Museum’s Fossil Lab
- Learn about dinosaur biomechanics, dinosaur track-ways, and feathered dinosaurs
- Explore the “DINOSAURS” exhibit
- Play with touch-screens to manipulate interactive dinosaurs
- Discover ways of integrating “DINOSAURS” into interdisciplinary curricula
- Receive “DINOSAURS” resource materials
- Imagine the thrill of discovering something new about creatures that lived millions of years ago. New discoveries, new technology and new ideas are helping scientists piece together what living, breathing dinosaurs were really like.
