Preparing
for your Museum visit
If
you haven't already done so, please see Planning

Information for rates and procedures for bringing your class.
- Arrange for chaperones, 1 for every 10 students. Review Rules for Visiting Groups with students and chaperones.
- Make enough copies of each Activity Sheet you plan to use for your class. You may wish to work in cooperative groups with one worksheet for every 4-6 students.
- Before entering the Museum, divide class into cooperative groups. Assign a chaperone to each group. Ask chaperones to act as recorders for younger students.
- Bring a pencil and clipboard to record information.
