Dinosaur Experts Checklist

To the teacher: Refer to the Dinosaur Background section for a list of dinosaurs. Print out the list of names and cut apart. Let the students randomly choose a dinosaur on which to become an expert.

To the student: Note as many characteristics of your dinosaur as possible. Check all that apply. Paleontologists use these and other characteristics to help them identify the dinosaurs they find. You will use this information to become the "expert"and create a field guide page about your dinosaur.
