Distance Learning

Want to know about using your school grounds to support your curriculum? Need the expertise of a Museum naturalist, but are unable to visit the Museum? Join us for a live, interactive Museum workshop using two-way, full-motion audio and video. You will interact with a Museum educator and actively participate throughout our Distance Learning workshops.

Materials for hands-on activities are shipped to your distance learning site prior to the workshop. A minimum of eight teachers per site is required. For more information or to register for a workshop, contact M.T. Fore, coordinator of student outreach and distance learning, at 919.733.7450 x621 or mary.tyler.fore@ncdenr.gov.
