This application will take between 45-75 minutes to complete. We recommend saving your answers in a document on your computer so you will have back-up in the event of technical problems.
All answers are required unless they are labeled optional.
An adult recommendation is REQUIRED to complete your application. Please contact an adult who has recently worked with you closely. This can be a classroom teacher, coach, music or dance teacher, scout leader, youth group leader, or club adviser. Ask an adult who has known you for at least two years and who has had the opportunity to observe you with your peers. We recommend sending them to link to the Teen Newsroom Recommendation Form, on the Teen Newsroom page directly below the link to this application, so they complete the correct form. If you are applying for more than one program, please note that the recommendation forms for each program are different.
