Beginning Astronomy for Kids

Learn the basic areas of introducing your kids to astronomy. This class is targeted to parents, grandparents, etc., of children from 5 years old to teenagers. We will specially address the following areas:

  • What equipment is needed and why it may be different from starter gear for adults.
  • What resources are available.
  • What activities you can participate in with your children.
  • Q&A session
