Science Cafe: The Science of Cheese with Chapel Hill Creamery

Folks sampled different cheeses and learned about the cheese-making process. Staff from the Chapel Hill Creamery, a small dairy farm and farmstead cheese-making facility in Hillsborough were on hand to teach us about the art of making cheese.
