The Microbiology and Genomics Laboratory is seeking a research technician for a parentage analysis research program. Candidate will be responsible for performing and troubleshooting DNA extractions, multiplex PCR, and sequencing. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for database management and microsatellite analysis using GeneMapper 4.0. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel desired. Bachelor’s degree in molecular science field required. Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week.
