Stuart FiresteinIgnorance: How it Drives Science

In 2012 Stuart Firestein released his book “Ignorance: How it Drives Science,” in which he argues that pursuing research based on what we don’t know is more valuable than building on what we do know. His insightful book has attracted widespread attention by the national press and has been featured on the Diane Rehm show. Join us for an interesting discussion about the pursuit of scientific discoveries.
